The rooms at Palazzo Pignatelli are a dream come true! They have everything you need: air conditioning to keep you cool, a desk to catch up on work , and free WiFi to stay connected. My double room even had a balcony and a kitchenette with a stovetop - perfect for making a quick snack. Plus, the private bathroom had a bidet and a hairdryer. It was like having a piece of luxury all to myself.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the soundproofing in the room. It blocked out most of the noise, but I still heard a little bit of street chatter.

I always stay at a place where I found helpful staff and great food nearby. This place is perfect for me with Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, snack bar, and a shared kitchen. It suits me perfectly for a city trip.

the rooms are extremely spacious and they have coffee/tea makers, multi-channel tv, and a writing table. you can see inner courtyard from your window. it has very helpful and attentive staff.

Great value for money, the room was clean and had an interesting concept with a new bathroom. The location was excellent, close to the old city, restaurants, harbor, buses, and shops. The staff treated us well and provided warm welcome.

The location was great, right in the heart of the historic district with shopping, bars, and restaurants everywhere. The room had high ceilings, lots of space, and a bathtub. The staff were attentive and helpful, providing great recommendations. the host allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out.

The room lacked a full length mirror and chairs, making it inconvenient to sit and get ready.

Humorous and exciting stories happened at the hotel during our stay. One evening, as we were enjoying the beautiful balcony of our double room, we couldn't help but notice the incredible similarity between the kitchenette in our room and a popular cooking show set! We felt like celebrity chefs, preparing our dinner with flair. It was such a unique and memorable experience.

Additionally, the accommodation had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as some noise from the busy street and the lack of soundproof windows, it did not significantly impact my overall experience. I would highly recommend Palazzo Pignatelli for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The homeowner was very friendly and kind, and communication with Barbara was fantastic. The location was perfect, as it was near the historic district and in the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have experienced away from home. The shower was nice, and the air conditioning was incredibly effective. We also appreciated the free coffee in the kitchen and the daily room cleaning.

There was nothing we didn't like.
